Real estate is a powerful thing. A home can be a sanctuary — a place to feel safe and build memories — and it’s also a major part of long-term financial wellbeing. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or searching for your “forever home,” transparency is at the heart of how I work. My job is to give you clear facts, honest guidance, and confidence in your decisions.

I’m Winnipeg born and raised, and I’ve watched this city grow and evolve. My background as a decorator, contractor, and painter, along with a BA from the University of Winnipeg and a 4-year Honours Decorating certificate from Red River College, gives me a practiced eye for assessing homes — spotting potential, identifying issues, and helping clients see possibilities others may miss. I’ve been a REALTOR® since 2013, combining that design-minded approach with strong market knowledge and a commitment to doing right by my clients.

Community and sustainability are core to who I am. A portion of every commission I earn goes directly to RAY (Resource Assistance for Youth) and the Lake Winnipeg Foundation. I’m also passionate about mindful, climate-aware building practices. I’ve completed training in Ecosystem-Based Adaptation and continue ongoing education in sustainable construction and retrofitting.

I’m proud to extend this work through my partnership with Releven, Canada’s first charity owned and operated Real Estate Brokerage to help faith communities explore new futures for their properties. Having grown up in the church, I understand the deep history, emotion, and purpose tied to these spaces. I approach this process with care and respect, supporting congregations as they navigate change — whether through thoughtful redevelopment, community hubs, or housing projects that align with their values.
